“Around a point could be drawn any number of circles, each outer circle larger than the inner ones. Infinity is the limit whereto such circles could be enlarged, reaching which the centre loses its centrality as the circle that has infinity for circumference can have any point within for its centre. That is to say, whilst the circle remains one, its centre could be as many as infinity. Virtually each one of us is one of those centres. I feel I am the centre of that infinite circle. You feel you are at the centre. Oneself is the centre of the universe for each of us, a feeling wrong in no way, but not right in any way. This feeling no way affects the oneness, boundlessness and indivisibility of the one circle, the one Consciousness, cit.”
For those of you who have become interested in Kashmir Shaivism and
Swami Lakshmanjoo, there is a somewhat less expensive soft cover edition

This treasure was one of the last works Swami Lakshmanjoo, the

they met with him in Nepal in 1990. When he began this translation he
told them it was his new revelation revealing the supreme secrets hidden
in the Kashmiri recension of the Bhagavad Gītā. This new revelation was
a result of the state of Universal God Consciousness that Swamiji was
now experiencing.
This translation is based on Abhinavagupta’s own commentary on the Gītā,
the Gītārthasaṁgraha,
"The Essence of the Gīta". Here Swami Lakshmanjoo reveals the unique and
liberating teaching of Kashmir Shaivism which proclaims:
"Freedom from all our miseries, as Abhinavagupta boldly declares,
can neither be obtained through the renunciation of the world, nor by
hatred of this world, but by experiencing the presence of God
everywhere."

Superclusters – regions of space that are densely packed with galaxies –
are the biggest structures in the Universe. But scientists have
struggled to define exactly where one supercluster ends and another
begins. Now, a team based in Hawaii has come up with a new technique
that maps the Universe according to the flow of galaxies across space.
Redrawing the boundaries of the cosmic map, they redefine our home
supercluster and name it Laniakea, which means ‘immeasurable heaven’ in
Hawaiian.

An Inner Transparence...
From the Aitareya Upanishad

Shruta
in Sanskrit means that which is learnt, not skill in any particular
subject - but rather the awareness of the whole of life, the meaning of
life. Nor is it meant for demonstrating in an examination, simply to be
forgotten thereafter, or to be easily quoted when occasions arise to
display one's own knowledge-ability.
It is simply an inner transparence that makes each moment we live
meaningful and purposeful, where knowledge does not leave our living.
Giving emphasis to the inseparability of this Wisdom from life is
stated: "By my learning indeed I manage my days and nights."
By the bringing together of wisdom and living, life assumes an order of
its own, an order perfectly in tune with the total reality, of which
individuals and their knowledge, all are merely momentary
manifestations.
The functional system of the total Reality is called
Ritam
in Sanskrit. The words uttered by those who make their existence fully
in tune with
Ritam
will also be likewise. Those words, imbued as they are with the spirit
of the vision of the one reality (Satyam,
which means Truth in the eternal metaphysical sense) that underlies
Ritam
become beacons…
Enlightenment in the vast universe
Some of you may be wondering why I continue to pursue the idea that
planet Earth is one of a multitude of colonies filled with various life
forms throughout the universe. You may quite correctly say that after
all, we are here for our enlightenment. We are here to unveil our
eternal oneness with the all-pervading One. Enlightenment is to be
achieved through the Wisdom-Knowledge found in the Bhagavad-Gita, the
Upanishads, and the Shiva Sutras — all of which are based in the Rig
Veda. This is absolutely true. Seek your own enlightenment first!
So why should we be concerned with the off-planet beings who are our
progenitors, the 'Pitaram' in Sanskrit. The great Kashmir Shaivite saint
Swami Lakshmanjoo, who I revere, has said, “This whole universe has come
into existence just to carry you to God-Consciousness.” Therefore, why
should our consciousness be confined on and limited to planet Earth? I
believe that the fact that our true origins have been kept secret is a
very big piece of our bondage.
The heinously manipulative lies about our origins serve only tyrants and
priestcraft in this Kali Yuga, a cycle of time in which people prefer
false ideas to truth. In my lifetime a vast pernicious web of deceit has
increasingly covered our planet, and is the source of very destructive,
suffocating, life-crippling energies. Some are now calling this the
‘Breakaway Civilization’ — and you can learn more about this from
Catherine Austin Fitts and Richard Dolan. I believe that our
enlightenment includes expanding our consciousness beyond earth, beyond
the heliosphere, out into the farthest reaches of space into the
billions of galaxies we came from, and all of which were created to
bring us to God-Consciousness.
Isn’t it time that we emerge from our miasma of amnesia? The enlightened
don’t require a ship to fly through the universe. The Truth does set us
Free!
A quote March 23, 1993 from Ben Rich, who was head of Lockheed Martin
Skunk Works: “If you can imagine it, Lockheed Skunk Works has done it.
…We already have the means to travel among the stars. But these
technologies are locked up by black projects and it would take an act of
God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine,

Ben Rich in reply to a question concerning the equations that would

The Ribhus 'control the space-crafts'...
A few days ago a new translation of the Rig Veda arrived from Exotic
India Arts in Delhi. I am always excited to have any new translation
because no matter what, I can learn from it. This one was published in
2008. One of the translators ‘brings to bear a scientific temper on his
spiritual writings’ and what follows is their translation of Rig Veda
IV.36.1, which I happened to be working on:
“The glorious three-wheeled vehicle without horse and without reins
rolls around the firmament. Great has been the proclamation of your
divine power, O men of experience and wisdom, that you control the
roadways and space-crafts.”
While I have only just begun to explore the new translation, I hope and
suspect that this is the beginning of a new wave of translations that
will include space technology — and therefore will provide evidence that
our progenitors indeed came from the sky. The evidence in the old
Sanskrit can no longer be ignored.
This verse is about the Ribhus, who I feel were the master engineers of
plasma physics, space, climate modification (necessary to colonize any
planet), geneticists, botanists and masters of horticulture who evolved
seeds that would grow in our earth. My translation and more on the
Ribhus soon.

Earth's current science has now seen over 300 billion galaxies in the
universe. Can there be anyone who still believes in the absurd fantasy
that we are alone in the universe? Millions of people, myself included,
have seen a multitude of flying objects in the skies day & night that
move in observable ways far beyond our own technology. The only reason
our governments are hiding this is their fear of losing control over us.
Confusion is control!
The fact that there are countless other life forms in the universe does
not imply that there is no God. If anything the stunning depth of
multiplicity and beauty 'out there' should affirm our faith and trust in
the Creator.
Earth is only one of hundreds of colonies. Now is the time for this
self-evident truth to be made known. Beyond all the fear mongering, we
are indeed One.

Ahura Mazda is the Avestan name for a higher spirit of the Old Iranian
religion. In the sacred text, Holy Zend Avesta Vendidad, Ahura Mazda
warns of an impending Ice Age:
"Ahura Mazda warns Yima, the first king of men, of the approach of a
dire winter, which is to destroy every living creature by covering the
land with a thick sheet of ice, and to build a Vara, or an enclosure, to
preserve the seeds of every kind of animal & plants. The meeting is said
to have taken place in the Airyana Vaejo, or the paradise of the
Iranians."

planet - a rocky world weighing 17 times as much as Earth. Theorists
believed such a world couldn't form because anything so hefty would grab
hydrogen gas as it grew and become a Jupiter-like gas giant. This
planet, though, is all solids and much bigger than previously discovered
"super-Earths," making it a "mega-Earth."

Universes Float Like Bubbles in an Ocean…
Maya,
the divine power of the Lord, reflected by him externally appears … The
Lord, covering Himself with it, conceals his nature of absolute purity
and divinity.
… He sees everything through a viewpoint of diversity and forgets the
divinity of His I-consciousness.
Besides, Maya-tattva serves as the inanimate objective substance out of
which all other insentient elements evolve.
It is thus the substantive cause of numerous universes floating in it
like bubbles in an ocean.

The Sanskrit word Kali, which denotes the fourth cycle of time, the Kali
Yuga, has no connection with the goddess Kali [kAlI]. These two words
are 'spelled' meaning written quite differently in the Devanagari and
therefore should not be confused. The Kali Yuga refers to the
apocalyptic demon Kali implying discord, strife, quarrel, and
contention.

“If you become slave of Prakriti, you are gone. When you follow these,
follow the movements of these five sense organs, i.e., five senses of
cognition and five senses of action, along with the touch of these three
gunas, you are just sheep, you are just carried by Prakriti. And this is
that individual being who is governed by Prakriti.
"He creates this, he creates this universe. Because everybody has his
own universe in his mind; you have your own world, you have your own
world, you have your own world. And that world you have created by
combination of these…by following your nature.
"When you command Prakriti, then you don’t create your world. Once you
have not created your world, you are free, you have no rebirth. You
won’t come…you won’t be entangled in repeated births and deaths.”

minds of the brilliant 'quants' rapidly altering our planet. The hero
may be learning some wisdom from his "mad genius" (his words)

Cyclical Empire Collapse
An insightful analysis of the collapse of complex societies throughout history
is found in the now classic research of Joseph A. Tainter, published in 1988 by
Cambridge University Press. To understand the mechanics of collapses, their
causes and future perils, Tainter looks at a handful of previous civilizations
that have collapsed such as the Western Chou Empire, Mesopotamia, the Egyptian
Old Kingdom, the Hittite Empire, and the Western Roman
Empire.
Although written in 1988, Tainter provides many valuable insights into the
realities and implications of the now current world debt crisis. Nations
vulnerable to collapse today face the event of absorption by more powerful
states, the debilitating economic support by a financing agency adequate to the
task, and heavy taxation of the populace regardless of the inevitable
destructive consequences.
The collapse of complex societies recurs throughout human history. “Collapse is
fundamentally a sudden, pronounced loss of an established level of
socio-political complexity.” As complexity disintegrates the consequences are
smaller simpler less stratified societies, less trade and economic activity,
cultural dark-age decline, and decreasing population levels.
“The Fall of the Roman Empire, A New History of Rome and the Barbarians” by
Peter Heather also gives us many comparisons with our current predicament.
Heather is a wonderfully engaging writer. His emphasis is on the never-dull
economics behind the fall, the over stretched unsustainable financing and
feeding of large armies, and the corrupt bureaucrats, who for their own personal
gain, grabbed as much as their power and greed would allow to squeeze the last
drops of wealth out the dying empire.
There are many comparisons to be drawn with today’s global financial corruption
and inevitable implosion. We need to be pragmatic and aware of the realities we
now face. Ignorance is not Wisdom. In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna did not urge
Arjuna to stick his head in the sand! Ignorance of our times is not useful or in
alignment with a higher consciousness. Understanding the practical aspects of
change, economic and other, is crucial. Knowledge is power and the truth does
set you free.

All the wisdom in the Sanskrit texts is said to originate from the Rig Veda
and yet...
"...Veda has no mention of the idea of 'hell' or
naraka
mentioned in the Puranas. Yama is the ordainer and king of the
pitriloka
[the world of the ancestors]. Rig Veda mentions clearly the concept of rebirth
or metempsychosis.

particular, does not mention the belief that a person is born on earth because

In Memory of Suchitra Sen (1931-2014)
One of the most beautiful women to have ever graced this earth has just passed
away in Kolkata at the age of 82. Suchitra Sen was the embodiment of
intelligence and grace, a living Lakshmi. Her beauty was classic, serene and
timeless. A follower of the Ramakrishna Mission Order, after retiring from film
and acting, she spent her life in seclusion, meditation and prayer.
As all India mourns the loss of this great woman, who inspired generations with
her talent and beauty, I offer my simple prayer for her. She touched my heart
and soul, as she did so many. Om Shanti Om.

Swami Muni Narayana Prasad (December 9, 1938 -)
While comparing commentaries on the final chapter XVIII of the Bhagavad Gita, I
have been reading Swami Muni Narayana Prasad's various translations. The more I
read him, the more convinced I become of his deeply profound understanding of
the meaning of the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads. Not only is Swami Muni
Narayana Prasad an enlightened being, with a gentle humility that shines from
his intelligent eyes, but he also has the gift of putting these very subtle
metaphysical ideas into English in a way that communicates their essence
directly into the heart and mind.
I would say that I have not yet come across better translations and commentaries
of the various Upanishads. Thus I am strongly happily recommending his many
translations to you. I am so impressed with his work that I have undertaken a
word-by-word study and rendering of his translation of the Mundaka Upanishad,
which I find both brilliant and enlightening. He just gets it — and then gets it
into me! And not only have I not found one glimmer of any false thought or
feeling, the Oneness has gifted him with the magnificent and astonishing talent
of translating these important source texts into English for all the world to
read.
I can’t say enough good things about this very humble and amazing man. Swami
Muni Narayana Prasad has offered humankind an invaluable treasure and source of
Truth in this terrible moment of our current Kali Yuga, when it seems that we
are indeed about to be consumed by the Matrix masquerading as the
Digital-Military-Corporate complex.
The Truth does set you free!
