The Eternal Witness: Kena Upanishad Section II.4

pratibodha-viditam matam amrtatvam hi vindate

atmana vindate viryam vidyaya vindate amrtam /4/

When we realize the Oneness is All,

everywhere, permeating and pervading us,

everyone and everything, the entire universe,

we Know by an expanding spontaneous intuition

that the Oneness is the eternal Witness

within, to every ‘act of cognition’.

This Realization sets us Free, makes us strong, fearless.

Immersed in this Divine Knowledge we reach Immortality,

that Amrita which lifts us beyond Samsara,

the endless sorrows of repeating death and birth.

We Recognize that Oneness as our very own Self.

“Beneath the curtain of each atom.”

Immortality is the Knowledge that nothing is ever born, and nothing ever dies. The Oneness never ‘goes’ anywhere. The Oneness is always eternally everywhere. The subtle spirit body is what appears to be transmigrating, but beneath all subtle bodies is only the Oneness.

We are not the body.

We are the Oneness.

Let go of your identity as the physical body.

Let go of your identity as the subtle spirit body.

When you are identified with the Oneness, where will you go?

How will you move anywhere and into another body?

“… real, thirsting aspirants abandon the erroneous notion of ‘I’ and ‘mine’ and turn away with disgust from this world, as everything here is perishable, illusory, and transitory.” [Sivananda]

If you are weary of all this ‘play’ --- Come Home.

We meet in the Heart.
