Weather Control & Ionospheric Heating
1
Come, Indra, conqueror of the sky and atmosphere,
the governing managing celestial aerial car [space ship]
moving, advancing with fearful yellow-green
[‘horse-power’ emissions], directing onward
a deep vibrant rumbling sound,
a low bass tone [ELF/ULFs] extends an intensive net,
a noose that snares, of uninterrupted succession
propagating resounding [ELF/ULF waveform frequencies]
from the bow-like [parabolic antenna that moves rotating]
similar to the [movement of the array of male] feathers of a peacock [attracting
a female]
designed to pile up and form a layer or stratum of sound [waveform frequencies]
[As ‘conqueror’ of the atmosphere, Indra would have had mastery over the layers
that make up earth’s atmosphere: troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere,
thermosphere, and ionosphere. Indra’s horses are said to be ‘peacock haired’ —
perhaps suggesting iridescence or even laser antennas.]

[The Sanskrit word (rAlasi) led to a stream of strange connections: It is
defined as the resin of the Shorea Robusta tree, the Sal or Shala tree, which is
native to India and yields a oleoresin whose trade name is Laldhuma. Oleoresins
are said to be poor conductors of electricity, but become negatively electrified
when friction is applied. This led to Isophthalic acid, then to
Polybenzimidazole (PBI), a synthetic fiber with a high melting point used in
firefighter coats, astronaut space suits and aircraft wall fabrics.
Benzoic acid led to Calorimetry, which is the most commonly used chemical
standard to measure heat of chemical reactions and physical changes. What are
the odds that a Sanskrit word would be remotely connected to a fiber used in
space suits and the technical process of measuring heat?]

WIKI: Ultra-low frequency
(ULF) is the
frequency
range of electromagnetic waves between 300
hertz
and 3 kilohertz. In
magnetosphere
science and
seismology,
alternative definitions are usually given, including ranges from 1 mHz to
100 Hz,[1]
1 mHz to 1 Hz,[2]
10 mHz to 10 Hz.[3]
Frequencies above 3 Hz in atmosphere science are usually assigned to the
ELF
range.
Many types of waves in the ULF frequency band can be observed in the
magnetosphere
and on the ground. These waves represent important physical processes in the
near-Earth plasma environment. The speed of the ULF waves is often associated
with the
Alfven velocity
that depends on the ambient magnetic field and plasma mass density.
