The Universe is a Living Consciousness
Rig Veda III.26
The Rishis knew that the universe and everything in it is a Living
Consciousness. Their sciences accessed the latent energies within the
universe and therefore included invoking various modes and aspects of
That all-pervading consciousness.
Their 'technologies' were born in, structured upon, aligned and in harmony
with that immutable imperishable God-Consciousness, the One present
throughout the universe in All. This interconnection with the Woven Universe
is what our current modern civilization no longer understands, and why we
are in peril of destroying everything. We are out of harmony with the Cosmic
Laws. The Vedic god Agni is the Cosmic Fire, the pervasive principle of
Ignition on multiple levels.
Cosmic Rays fly wandering around...
Cosmic rays move close to the speed of light and are influenced by the
magnetic field that everywhere exists within interstellar space throughout
all galaxies. Being charged particles, they travel freely along the magnetic
field; but they can only spiral around it in a direction perpendicular to
the field. The sources of that magnetism are therefore variable each having
their own direction. Thus there are
all sorts of directions, strengths, and patterns of change within a combined
galactic field.
Because of the superbly divine chaos in collective magnetic fields, cosmic
ray particles fly wandering in a random manner around and through galaxies,
rather than in a straight line. When they collide with interstellar atoms,
cosmic rays emit light and create glowing gammas rays. Cosmic rays that
penetrate Earth's magnetic shield have energies in excess of 10,000 million
times the energy of the molecules in our atmosphere. They contain the
overall chemical mix of the solar system, the local universe around us,
which is related to the composition of the human body, and the normal mix of
elements out of which stars are made.

Rig Veda III.26.1
The rider of a ship moving quickly through sound like the blade of a plough
that cuts into the earth heaping up, collecting a multitude, quantity mass
worthy of efforts of transformation to the light. Intensely squeezing
twisting through sound a low continuous ringing rattling from the Mind of
Agni the Cosmic Fire, the self-known, universal omniscience, the follower of
Truth reality.
Vaishvânaram - omnipresent, universal; complete, full in number, consisting
of all men
manasâgnim - from the mind to Agni, the mind of the Cosmic Fire
ni-câyyâ - low, continuous, intensely—squeezing, twisting (√ci=to collect,
gather, accumulate, heap up, investigate); multitude, assemblage,
collection; mass, quantity, heap; piling up, heaping up
havishmantah - suitable for offering, worthy of the efforts of sacrifice
anu-satyam - follow—reality, Truth; comfortable with the Truth, follower of
reality
svah-vidam - omnicient, self-known; of itself known automatically
su-dânum - fine donor, good bestower
devam - to the light
rathiram - speedy, quick; rider or master of the chariot
vasű-yavo - mixed chemical reaction; desirous of wealth
gîh-bhih - through sound, song; addressing, invoking; by means of sound or
speech
ranvam - rattling, ringing; delightful, lovely, pleasant, agreeable
kushikâsah - born in the lineage of Kushika; like a moving ploughshare
(kushik = a ploughshare)
havâmahe - we invoke
III.26.2
We invoke Agni, our guardian, the Cosmic Fire, that bright pure arising out
of the omnipresent universal, the word, wisdom that permeates the firmament
by a wise man the singer, master emitter of sound reaching space, quickly
flowing to the listener assistant pupil breathed by the Mother of the cosmic
breath.

Vaishvânaram - omnipresent, universal; complete, full in number, consisting
of all men.
mâtarishvânam - reaching space; to the Mother of the cosmic breath
ukthyam - arising out, breathed out, speaker; permeator of the firmament;

brihaspatim - to wisdom; master of hymns as word/sound/wisdom; [Brihaspati
is the son of Angirases, the breaker of rocks, sitting in the shining place,
more of a 'god']
manushah - the knower, comprehender; of man (the singer, emitter of sound)
deva-tâtaye - light extending, light stretching out; for attaining divinity
vipram - a wise man
shrotâram - listener, hearer, pupil
atithim - assistant, guest
raghu-syadam - speedy, quickly flowing, swiftly moving
III.26.3
In every era, age after age, the perspicacious clear seeing inner vision,
whose Knowledge is kindled upon birth with calling, crying out to that
Universal Godhead, may it hold fast to us, giving treasure in immortal form,
that lively vibrant ordered design of pervading velocity, the Cosmic Fire.
Ashvo - velocity, speed, speedy perception; (√ash = to pervade, penetrate,
to experience)
krandań - calling, crying
janibhih - by the mothers, upon birth with
samidhyate - is kindled, knowledge kindles
Vaishvânarah - Universal Godhead, body-heat
kushikebhir - perspicacious, clear seeing; (grandfather of Visvamitra);
owl-like vision, squint eyed; inner vision
yuge-yuge - age after age, in every era, in dual notes
sa - it, he
no - our, to us
Agni - Cosmic Fire, the pervasive principle of Ignition on multiple levels
suvîryam - having brave, vigorously, good
svashvyam - good speeding, excellent velocity, pervading
dadhâtum - may it hold fast, may give; dadha - giving
ratnam - wealth, the treasure
amritesu - among the immortals, in an immortal form
jâgrivih - lively vibrant form, alert
III.26.4
May the swift powerful flames of the Cosmic Fire [powers of ignition] move,
flying rapidly along with the silent particles of sound, flashing in shining
waters [of interstellar space] — together [these two] as the knowledge of
harmonized sound, the omniscient vast emission outpouring gathered and
separated the silent particles of sound, variegated in diversity, enlivened
with changes, the quivering quaking, shivering shaking mountains of plasma
clouds inviolable, invincible.
[The Rishis are describing the complexity of particle plasma physics in
the heliosphere.]

sound)
prishatîh - to the drops; spotted, variegated i.e. diversity, enlivened with
changes; (√prish = to sprinkle)
ayukshatah - gather; disbanded, separated
brihat-ukshah - vast emission, vast outpouring, greatly sprinkling
marutah - silent particles of Sound
vishva-vedasah - omniscient, all-knowing
pra - forward, advance
vepayanti - shiver, shake; (√vip = to throw, caste); vepa - vibrating
(voice); vepas - quivering, quaking, struggling
parvatân - to the clouds, mountains
adâbhyâh - inviolable, un-violate, with the invincible
III.26.5
We move, seeking the Maruts, those silent particles of sound, topped-covered
with and dependent upon Agni, the Cosmic Fire; they are brilliant
brightness, vehement fearful formidable, cultivating plowing all, the
products of Rudra like sons; the Maruts are moving downward showering
turbulent cosmic dust, carried born along as if they are powerful roaring,
resounding Lions.

Maruts); varsha - rain, raining (dust or seminal effusion); cloud
simhâ - the powerful one, like the Lions; or simhah - entirely, wholly, (√si
= to bind, fasten)
na - not, as if
hesha-kratavah - noisy, roaring, mightily; of strong power, quick, strong
su-dânavah - rich or bounteous gift; sudâna - pouring out, bestowing
abundantly, bounteous, munificent (said of the gods)
[The Maruts are traditionally said to be the 'storm gods', the flashing
or shining ones, the sons of Rudra they are the children of heaven or of the
ocean. They are armed with golden weapons, i.e. lightning, thunderbolts (all
nature's electromagnetic light phenomena). They reside in the north (the
North pole?), roar like lions, riding in golden cars drawn by ruddy horses.
The Maruts are the gods of the Middle Sphere (where interstellar space
interacts with the heliosphere?).]
III.26.6
The Maruts, those silent particles of sound, in multitudes by multitudes,
every troop in swarming flocks [are] dissected by the luminous wrath, the
bright anger of Agni, the Cosmic Fire that cuts the solar winds of
variegated velocities into constant deep, low sound [ELFs], the moving
transformation. We ask the assembly of our progenitors, the men of knowledge
who command wisdom, for their lasting power, favorable, undiminished and
increasing.
vrâtam-vrâtam - in every group, step by step; vrâta - a multitude, flock,
assemblage, troop, swarm group, host (in companies or troops - the five
races of men)
ganam-ganam - in every troop, count, number; gana - a flock, troop,
multitude, number, tribe, series, class (of)
sushasti-bhih - good fine cutter; shastri - a cutter, dissector
agneh - of Agni
bhâman - wrath, anger, passion; brightness, made bright, luminous
marutâm - of the Maruts (the silent particles of sound)
ojah - ability to increase, power, energy, vigor, vitality
îmahe - we move, we ask
prishat-ashvâsah - the wind or the god of wind; having variegated spotted
(sprinkled) speeding racing horses (various velocities); said of the Maruts;
ghee mixed with coagulated milk; pris = to sprinkle
anavabhrâ-râdhasah
- having indestructible wealth; anavabhra - undiminished, lasting; râdhash -
favorable, conciliatory
gantârah - going, mobile
yajńam - transformation; effort, sacrifice, superior
vidatheshu - in Knowledge men; knowledge, wisdom; knowledge given to others;
rule, command, instruction, direction, order; a meeting or assembly of gods
as opposed to men; a host, army, body of warriors (applied to the Maruts)
dhîrâh - deep, low, dull (sound); steady, constant, firm; intelligent, wise,
skillful, clever; bold persons; steady, perservering
III.26.7
I am Agni the Cosmic Fire, the shining glistening quantifier measurer of the
firmament, the whole expanse of the heavens and the threefold layers of
earth's magnetosphere; fire rays roar in my immortal imperishable eye,
perpetual heat sun-fire forever unobstructed, existing in my mouth. I am the
name, the form and mode — the offering.
[The Rishi identifies with the principle of the Cosmic Fire, Agni — and
Agni speaks through the Rishi. This is the direct experience of Becoming the
metaphysical principles that create the universe. Rituals developed as the
mimicking of technological procedures and evolved over the centuries after
the progenitors had left planet earth.]
Agnih-asmi - I am Agni (the fire divine, Cosmic Fire)
janmanâ - by birth, since birth
jâta-vedâh - born, cognizant with knowledge; a name of Agni, the "all
possessor", having whatever is born or created as his property; knowing all
created beings; jâta - born, brought in existence by, engendered
ghritam - shining, glistening
me - my
cakshuh-amritam - eye immortal, eye imperishable
me - my
âsan - in mouth; existence (√as = to be)
arkah - a ray, flash of lightning; the sun; fire; crystal; said of the
roaring fire of the Maruts and Indra's thunder
tri-dhâtu - triple from the holder; three fold; dhâtu - layer, stratum;
constituent, part, ingredient; the three regions; [the three layered stratum
of our planet's magnetosphere]
rajasah - of the space; rajas - coloured or dim space; the sphere of vapour
or mist, region of clouds, atmosphere, air, clouds; the whole expanse of
heaven or sky
vi-mânah - quantifier; "the measurer of the firmament"
ajasrah - continuously, eternal, perpetual, not to be obstructed, for ever
gharmo - sunshine, heat, warmth; sun or fire
havih-asmi - I am the offering
nâma - name, form, mode
III.26.8
[The Soma-plasma] divided and dissolved by the means of purifying [through]
the intelligent wisdom, thinking from the heart-mind [which] comprehended
grasped spontaneously, naturally [and] according to the laws [of the
universe] thereafter generated the uppermost treasure [the potential
magneto-plasma-dynamics in fields of sky plasma, the solar wind, ionosphere,
radiation belts, etc.], strengthened, magnified, moving to the brightness,
to roaring rays of electromagnetic fire [Agni & the Maruts], the surrounding
light of the heaven and earth was made visible, seen beyond.

pavitraih - by purifiers, by purifying; means of purification, filter,
strainer (for Soma); a means of purifying or clearing the mind
apupot - purifies, sanctifies; dissolved (√pűya
= to split up, divide)
hi - indeed, surely
arkam - to the ray, to the praiseworthy (Agni); a ray, flash of lightning;
the sun; the number twelve; fire;

Streaming hundreds, arising inexhaustibly, rattling, containing silent
particles of sound trembling, vibrating, stationed by the two parents [of
sound in Soma-plasma, the magnetic connection between] heaven and earth, to
be uttered to the progenitor, the thinking collator — to that activated
Truth, the real-sound exhilarating.
shata-dhâram - a hundred streamed; dhâra - holding, supporting, containing
utsam - springing up, arising; a spring, a fountain, (applied to clouds)
akshîyamânam - inexhaustibly; akshî - the eye, the number two; the sun and
the moon
vipha - rattling (√vip = to throw, cast); vip - to tremble, shake, shiver;
vibrate, quiver, be stirred; to cause to tremble or move, shake, agitate;
